Preparation for pregnancy
Pregnancy brings a large number of changes to the life of a married couple, but on the other hand, it also brings a dose of risk. The best way to prepare for such changes is to familiarize yourself with them, consult with your gynecologist, and also involve your partner in it. Hormonal changes - certain hormones are secreted to a greater extent, which results in frequent and sudden changes in mood from dissatisfaction to elation. Insecurity and excessive sensitivity are also characteristic of pregnancy. Such changes are normal and do not feel bad about it. It is important that your partner and you accept them as such and look forward to those moments when you will be satisfied and happy in your own skin. Change in physical appearance - many women lose self-esteem thinking that they are fat, ugly, undesirable. What you have to understand is that pregnancy is the peak of a woman's life. You create life and you should be proud of yourself and your fertility. Be content in such a role. Concerns about the baby - questions are constantly being asked: Will the baby be born healthy? Will something go wrong? Worry causes nervousness and pessimism, insecurity. The best way to dispel any doubts is to visit your gynecologist regularly and ask anything that worries you.
