Barrier methods - condom

Barrier methods of contraception are physical methods that prevent the seminal fluid (sperm) from coming into contact with the egg cell and thus preventing an unwanted pregnancy. These include male and female condoms.
Condom for men
Probably the most popular method of contraception. A condom or condom is protection that is placed on the erect penis before sexual intercourse. It is usually made of latex or polyurethane, which are extremely stretchy and prevent the seminal fluid from entering the vagina. Condoms should not be used with oil-based lubricants such as Vaseline because they can cause the latex to crack. Also, putting two condoms (one over the other) does not lead to greater safety - on the contrary, due to friction, both condoms break. After sex, the condom should be wrapped in a tissue and thrown away (but not in the toilet). If the condom breaks, you should immediately put on a new one and if necessary, take pills "the day after", which you can read about in another section.
If used correctly, condoms provide protection in 98% of cases - which represents an extremely high level of protection against unwanted pregnancy. It is very important that condoms are not only used for contraceptive purposes, but also provide exceptional protection against sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS (AIDS, HIV infection), gonorrhea or condylomas. Some men report that condoms are sometimes difficult to use because they interrupt the continuity of sexual intercourse or reduce sexual excitement. Our advice is that if you are not absolutely sure about the parterre, you must use a condom so that you don't have to think about the consequences afterwards. Nowadays it is rarely used and is not as widespread as the classic condom. It represents a protection made of polyurethane that is placed in the vagina before intercourse so that the outer ring remains outside the vagina. It breaks harder than a condom for men and is effective in 95% of cases.
